The Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) 2024 Saver Relationship Survey John Lewis Voucher Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to any resident of the UK aged 18 and over except for: a) employees or agents of Hampshire Trust Bank Plc (“HTB”), their group companies or their families; and b) anyone professionally connected with the organisation of this Prize Draw or their families.
Entrants into the Prize Draw are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. The Promotor reserves the right to refuse entry or to refuse to award the prize to an entrant who: a) is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or b) has made an invalid entry or c) has committed, or is suspected of committing, fraud.
To enter the Prize Draw you must fully complete the HTB 2024 Saver Relationship survey. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or anything else connected to the Prize Draw, please email the Promoter at [email protected] with ‘HTB 2024 Saver Relationship Survey’ in the subject line.
Information which you provide must be complete, accurate and not misleading. You agree that HTB may use the information, comments and opinions you have given for market research purposes.
Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. You are responsible for the cost (if any) of sending your Prize Draw entry to us. The winners shall be the owners of the email address from which the selected winning entries are sent.
The Promotor accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries or for entries not successfully delivered or completed due to a technical fault, malfunction, hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries and any incomplete surveys will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.
The Prize Draw opens at 15 October, 00:00 and closes at 23:59 on 15 November 2024, 23:59. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
The winner will receive a £50 John Lewis Voucher issued by JOHN LEWIS PARTNERSHIP PLC., 171 Victoria St, London SW1E 5NN. The voucher’s own terms and conditions apply. The winner is subject to the voucher terms and conditions and must comply with these on receipt of the prize. Only one winner per household. HTB accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not expressly included in the prize.
All completed entries will be placed into a random draw and the first five selected winners will be drawn at random by a randomised computer process on or after 15 November 2024.
The winner will be notified by email on or after 15 November 2024 and given details of how to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to HTB within 14 days of being notified of their win, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and HTB shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and HTB shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner by 22 November 2024.
The surname and county of the winners can be obtained after 15 November 2024 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: HTB 2024 Specialist Mortgages Survey, Hampshire Trust Bank, 80 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 4BY. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being made available, please contact the Promoter using [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
The Promotor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information entrants supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://www.htb.co.uk/policies, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of their personal information in order to process and operate the Prize Draw, to contact the entrants about their Prize Draw entry and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 15 above.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by entrants as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. The Promotor further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promotor under law for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
The Promotor shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
