When opening an account with us, we will assign you an account manager. This account manager will accept all instructions via email.
A minimum of two and up to four.
As a specialist lender and challenger bank, we don’t raise finance on debt markets and don’t need a credit rating.

Provided we receive your instruction before midday, funds will be returned on the same day. After 12pm, the funds will be returned the next working day.
