At HTB we want to provide help in a way which best suits you. There are a range of things we can do to make things easier depending on your individual needs, including but not limited to:

  • Providing a range of ways to contact us and noting your preferred method of contact
  • Talking to someone in the team you trust
  • Offering support with our online application system and using our website
  • Facilitating an authorised third party to be added to the account to assist you with interactions with us
  • Registering Power of Attorneys to your account
  • Spending additional time with you to more deeply explain product terms or options
  • Providing support options if you are struggling to make payments
  • Signposting you to other organisations which can provide expert support
