Resolving your complaint

At HTB we are committed to providing the highest standard of customer service for our customers. Occasionally we may not live up to these standards and if this happens we want to hear from you.

 

In the first instance you should raise your complaint with the department you are dissatisfied with. Contact details can be found here.  If they are unable to resolve your complaint, our complaints procedure explains what you should do next.

 

HTB continue to monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19 and would like to reassure customers that we are operating normal business hours, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with no interruptions to our service. Please get in touch here, or via your usual method should you have any concerns.
