Hampshire Trust Bank supports development in Surrey

Hampshire Trust Bank’s Property Finance team has provided a loan to Cleanslate for the redevelopment of a site in Weybridge, Surrey.

The project, which has a gross development value of over £20m, involves the demolition of an existing commercial property and the construction of 46 residential units and two retail units.

The development, which will comprise of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and includes basement parking, is centrally located, with access to local transport links.
