Hampshire Trust Bank provides facility for residential development in Essex

Experienced property developer Rockhold has secured a senior debt loan from Hampshire Trust Bank’s Property Finance team to fund a residential project in Roydon, Essex.

The development, which has a gross development value of circa £3m and is targeted at the local family market, will comprise of four four-bedroom detached houses. The properties will have private gardens to the rear and parking at the front for two cars.

John O’Donnell, Director of Property Finance at Hampshire Trust Bank, said: “I have known the team behind Rockhold for a number of years.
