HTB grows development finance team with new relationship manager for London & South East

Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has announced the expansion of its development finance team as it welcomes Lucas Cutts into a new relationship manager. 

Lucas has extensive experience, having spent a decade in UK property investment and conveyancing. He previously worked for Blackfinch Property, originating and managing bridging and development finance loans. Prior to that he managed property transactions at a specialist property conveyancer, enabling him to gain invaluable legal experience in UK property. 

In his new role, Lucas will be making sure HTB’s development finance projects in London and the South East get off to a flying start, leading the due diligence and progressing deals through to completion. He will ensure cases move at speed, stay on track and a full picture of the customer’s case is presented clearly for approval and completion. 

He reports to Uliana Kuzmis, HTB’s deputy managing director for development finance.
