What to do when someone dies

If you are managing the estate of someone who was a customer of ours please know that we are here to help. The first step you will need to take is to register the death through the registry office. Once the death is registered please then reach out to notify us at your earliest convenience. Our staff will talk you through our process and give you the time and support needed to make the appropriate arrangements. Please note that we cannot provide account sensitive information before the death has been registered and we have received a copy of the death certificate.
