Appetite guidance HTB look for strength in a proposal from the asset, financials and guarantor. If one of the three is weaker we would need the other two to be stronger. HTB will always want comfort with the asset and the LTV of the asset.*

What we require

We require the following information in order to make a credit decision:

  • Customer GDPR consent (for each shareholder holding 25% or more of the issued shares)
  • Latest filed accounts
  • Up-to-date management information
  • 3 months business bank statements
  • Asset specification (including make, model, year of manufacture)
  • Rationale
