Mark was appointed CEO of Hampshire Trust in January 2012 having previously been CEO of Sun Bank and Heritable Bank. He has over 24 years’ experience at Board level in retail and commercial banking businesses in the UK and Channel Islands. Mark is a BBA Board Member, a lay Council member and Chair of Audit Committee at Loughborough University, and a Court member of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers. He is a Fellow of the RSA and Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Tim has over 26 years’ experience in Financial Services. Most recently, he was IPO Director for the CYBG float following a similar role for TSB. Prior to that he undertook various roles in LBG Group Finance as Group Financial Controller and BP&A Director and as FD of Asset Finance Divisions. Prior to joining LBG, Tim spent many years in Big 4 Accountancy Firms providing transaction advisory services to a wide range of FS businesses.

Chris joined Hampshire Trust Bank as COO in September 2016. Prior to this he fulfilled various roles within Investec, most recently as COO of the Private Client and Corporate Lending activities. He is a graduate of the University of Cape Town and a South African Chartered Accountant, having completed his professional training with EY.

In the COO role Chris has responsibility for technology, change, human resources and the savings business.

Following a career in marketing agencies, Nicki has undertaken a number of senior interim roles in a range of financial services organisations including banks, building societies, insurance and investment. She worked with Hampshire Trust Bank to develop the brand and set up the marketing function. She has now joined on a permanent basis, responsible for all areas of marketing and communications, acting as the ‘voice of the customer’ within the bank.

Jon joined Hampshire Trust Bank in January 2017, prior to which he was Commercial Director at Aldermore and spent 10 years with GE Capital. He is a graduate in Economics from Exeter University. At Hampshire Trust Bank he leads a team of Asset Finance professionals, building the bank’s proposition across the Broker and Block Discounting markets and developing new strategic opportunities.

Robert has been involved in property finance for over 20 years. He leads a team of Property Finance experts offering creative and customised financial solutions to housebuilders and residential developers across the UK. The Property Finance team typically offers loans of between £1 to £10m.
Colin Bell

Commercial Mortgages

Colin has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years and has set up and run specialist lenders for the past decade.  He leads a team of experienced lending and sales lending experts who strive to deliver service and certainty with specialist lending products in the property sector.

Mortgages are offered on commercial and buy to let properties secured on single assets, pools and specialist properties on a bridging finance or term basis.

Stuart is responsible for developing the Savings division, offering consistently competitive products to individuals and businesses. Stuart has set up and run retail banking and savings divisions since 2009. He and his experienced team place a strong emphasis on the provision of superior customer service.
